The Teacher Excellence Fund recognizes and retains excellent teaching in the classroom.

$525,467 was raised for the 2019 Teacher Excellence Fund, providing 578 Great Hearts Arizona teachers with bonus compensation in December 2019.

After the 2018 distribution, 78% of teachers who received funds were retained.
